No Return & No Exchange Policy

At Ratna Kalash Bridal & Fashion Jewellery, all products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once sold.

Please read product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective item
• A wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear product photos
• Complete unboxing video

After verification, our team will assist with a suitable resolution.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customized, bridal, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The ordered product is unavailable
• Payment was deducted but order was not confirmed
• Wrong or damaged product issue is approved after verification

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
